About the artist
My name is Michael Gorrono, and I have been drawing pencil portraits for the past 35 years.
I am committed to each of my drawings, and it brings me both joy and sorrow to pass them on to the customer once they are finished.
I have special experience with wedding photos, baby pictures, deceased-but-treasured relatives, pets, horses, action scenes, sport pictures, music legends, motorcycles and similar Americana.

About the process
It's easy! Send me your photo and I'll turn it into art.
Here's how it works. You send me the photo that you want made into art, along with your deposit. The finished work will be converted to either JPG or PDF and sent to you for your inspection and approval. Once you are completely satisfied, the finished original will be shipped to you.
I do most of my work on 100% acid-free rag board, which is a high-quality illustration board. Most customers ask that I do the artwork the size of the original photo or larger. The most common sizes are 20"x30" for portraits and scenes, although customers often choose 11”x17” when drawing children or pets.
All of these details are negotiable!
Next, I return the photo and your original artwork (signed by me). Your wonderful new heirloom is now ready to be framed and displayed.
Additional details
I can order prints of your artwork for you at a nominal additional fee.
Prices range from $125.00 to $550.00 depending on the subject matter. There is a deposit of 50% required balance is due upon completion. The finished original will be shipped to you.
